    GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED; we have grip socks, towels, and water bottles available for purchase Wear active/workout clothes, good hygiene, and a smile Parking is free; arrive early - if you miss the orientation we may turn you away and you'll need to reschedule Be prepared for and open to a VERY CHALLENGING (and confusing at first!) full-body workout with a STEEP learning curve
  • Late Cancellations (8 hour window) and No Shows
    You may modify or cancel your reservations freely 8+ hours prior to the class start time. If you cancel within the 8 hour window prior to the class start time, this is considered "late" and you will lose the pass If you do not show up, you will lose the pass and incur a $20 No Show fee charged to the card stored on file - please read "Rules to the Waitlist"
  • How do I pause or cancel my monthly Membership?
    No Membership holds - instead, you may discontinue your Membership at any time before the next billing cycle; please stay on top of it, as should you miss your billing cycle - no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions Should you cancel your Membership, your original rate will be subject to increase to meet the current rates unless reinstated within 30 days to keep your locked in rate Restart at any time, subject to current rates
  • Rules to the Waitlist
    No, we cannot predict when or what the chances are that a spot will open. The 4 Rules to the Waitlist are: wait to receive an email notification if you do not receive a notification, refresh your schedule; if the class shows on your schedule, you are confirmed into the class if you're still unsure, reach out to us directly no more than 4 hours prior to the start time and if you no longer want to wait for an opening - remove yourself from the waitlist; if you do not remove yourself from the waitlist and are added into the class, you will lose the class if you cancel or be charged a $20 no show fee if you don't show up
  • Intro Month (New Client 30-day trial)
    The Intro Month is a 30-day trial that includes up to 8 classes You do not have to take all 8 classes We do not allow extensions This is very important: INTRO MONTH EXPIRES 30 DAYS from the date of purchase (whether you use all 8 or not - no extensions, no exceptions)
  • How to use my Guest Pass
    Please follow these instructions for your guest to receive a single pass: Have your guest create an account on MINDBODY Send us their name and email address We’ll upload a complimentary Guest Pass into their account for which they will receive a confirmation receipt Don’t forget to book the class - your guest must then apply the Guest Pass into a class using the “Book” button on our schedule or through the Mindbody app Notes on the Guest Pass: active Members receive only 1 Guest Pass to gift per month the Guest Pass expires in 30 days

  • Booking classes
    Our classes are on Mindbody and ClassPass; you will need to create an account and reserve classes in advance - please do not create multiple accounts We recommend booking 5-7 days out and joining the waitlist - please read "Rules to the Waitlist" Classes are subject to change and cancellations without notice New Clients will need to arrive 5-7 minutes early for an orientation; if this orientation is missed, it is the Trainer's discretion whether you may take class or need to reschedule based on your experience If you are 3:59+ minutes late to class, your spot will be given to the next Client on standby and you will lose your pass Please read "How to prepare for class" and "Late Cancellations and No Shows"
  • Class Packs vs. Monthly Memberships
    Class Packs allot you a number of classes to be taken within a set expiration date (30, 60, or 90 days from the date of purchase) vs. Monthly Memberships are monthly recurring services set on autopay to the card stored on file (example every 10th of the month etc.) 1 month minimum commitment, cancel anytime Classes do not rollover Classes are non-transferrable No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions Memberships and classes are non-transferrable As long as your Membership remains active, your rate will remain locked

  • Can I do Lagree pre/post-natal or with injuries?
    Lagree is a VERY CHALLENGING full-body workout intended for fully-functioning bodies. Not all moves are modifiable, and therefore: If you've never taken Lagree before, we do not recommend taking Lagree while pregnant, as your first workout post-pregnancy, or with injuries as the workout is constantly load-bearing If you've taken Lagree before (12+ classes), you may continue with modifications unless contraindicated
  • How often should I come to class?
    1-2x per week for maintenance 3x per week to meet specific goals of transforming your core, muscular strength, and muscular endurance (resistance-driven cardio)
