Due to the high volume of inquiries, please allow up to 2 business days for a response before sending a follow up as it may delay your request to the end of the queue.

As a reminder, you may freely reschedule your classes up to 8 hours prior to the class start time via the website, LFBA app, or Mindbody app.

Any cancellations within the 8 hour window is considered a “Late Cancellation” and you will lose the pass.

A “No Show” results in the loss of the pass + a $20 “No Show” fee after a 48 hour grace period.

We understand things happen. If you have to cancel late, accidentally no show, arrived to the wrong studio, etc. — simply send us a message and we are happy to resolve any issues.
