PRECAUTIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS
Hydration is Key:
Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your workout. Electrolyte drinks can be beneficial to replace minerals lost through sweat.
Listen to Your Body:
Pay close attention to how you feel. If you experience signs of heat exhaustion or heatstroke (e.g., dizziness, nausea, rapid pulse, headache), stop exercising immediately and seek cooling measures.
Adjust Your Training:
You may need to modify your workout routine when training in the heat. Consider reducing the intensity or duration of your workouts, taking more breaks, and slowing down your pace.
Dress Appropriately:
Wear light-weight, loose-fitting, and breathable clothing that wicks away sweat.
