PRECAUTIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS

  • Hydration is Key:

    • Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your workout. Electrolyte drinks can be beneficial to replace minerals lost through sweat.

  • Listen to Your Body:

    • Pay close attention to how you feel. If you experience signs of heat exhaustion or heatstroke (e.g., dizziness, nausea, rapid pulse, headache), stop exercising immediately and seek cooling measures.

  • Adjust Your Training:

    • You may need to modify your workout routine when training in the heat. Consider reducing the intensity or duration of your workouts, taking more breaks, and slowing down your pace.

  • Dress Appropriately:

    • Wear light-weight, loose-fitting, and breathable clothing that wicks away sweat.

  • If you have injuries or are pregnant — please contact us first to ask if H°T SCULPT is the right fit for you
