Rules to the Waitlist

We cannot predict the chances of when a spot could open - to avoid penalties,
please follow these four steps:

  1. Wait to receive an email or text notification

  2. If you do not receive a notification, refresh your schedule; if the class shows on your schedule, you are confirmed into the class

  3. If you're still unsure, reach out to us directly no more than 4 hours prior to the start time, and

  4. If you no longer want to wait for an opening - remove yourself from the waitlist

    • even if you reply "N" to the confirmation notification, if it is within the 8 hour window prior to the class start time, this is still considered "late" and you will lose the class; so, if you no longer want to wait for an opening - remove yourself from the waitlist
